Hansi Flick opted for a rotated Barcelona XI against Osasuna on Saturday night, but it backfired spectacularly, with the Camp Nou side suffering a stunning 4-2 defeat.

After just 18 minutes, Osasuna took the lead when Ante Budimir powered a header into the top corner, overpowering Pau Cuba
rsi. Before the half-hour mark, Bryan Zaragoza added a second goal, capitalizing on a midfield turnover and finishing a superb through ball that slipped behind Sergi Dominguez and Jules Kounde.

At halftime, Barcelona opted not to make any changes, sending the same XI back out to spark a comeback. Just eight minutes into the second half, Pau Victor pulled one back with a shot from distance, benefiting from some poor goalkeeping by Sergio Herrera, who inadvertently palmed the ball into the bottom corner.

Hansi Flick then brought on Raphinha and Lamine Yamal, but Osasuna quickly extended their lead from the penalty spot after Dominguez fouled Budimir in the area. Budimir dusted himself off to score his second goal and make it 3-1.

With just five minutes remaining, Osasuna added a brilliant fourth, as Abel Bretones struck a powerful shot into the top corner from range. Yamal managed to score a long-range consolation for Barcelona, preventing what would have been a humiliating defeat.
